2025 Member Accommodation Bookings
Member bookings open from 1 February 2025. From this date, members may book any available accommodation. Guest bookings open from 1 March 2025, subject to availability. For information on accommodation rates and seasonal periods, please refer to the schedule at the bottom of this page.
Booking Your Stay
Members can now manage their lodge bookings via our convenient online Member Portal. This secure platform gives you access to:
- Instant booking confirmation
- Online payments via credit card (PayPal gateway, no PayPal account required)
- Real-time lodge availability
- Booking cancellations or changes
- View and manage upcoming and past bookings
- Update your member profile details

First-Time Portal Login
If this is your first time accessing the Member Portal, follow these steps:
- Visit the login screen.
- Click on ‘Retrieve Your Member Number’.
- Enter your email address and click ‘Get Member Number’. Your Member Number will be emailed to you.
- Return to the login screen and enter your Member Number and Surname to access the portal.
How to Make a Booking
- Select your dates: Start with your arrival night (typically a Saturday) and select the final night of your stay (usually the following Friday). For help navigating seasonal weeks, refer to the availability calendar or the schedule below.
- Enter the number of beds: Do not include infants who do not require a bed. You will have the option to add them in the next step.
- Add guest details: Enter the names of each guest and select their appropriate Member/Guest Type. The system will help you look up your membership using your surname. If adding an infant, use the “Add infants not needing bed” option.
- Review your booking: Double-check your details and update your contact information if necessary. You can also leave a comment (e.g. room preference). To view the lodge layout, visit our Room Layout page.
- Complete payment: The booking system uses PayPal’s secure platform for credit card payments. No PayPal account is required. Agree to the Terms and Conditions, click “Pay Outstanding Balance”, and follow the payment prompts. You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is complete.
Important Notes
- If you’ve recently changed your email address or surname, and have trouble logging in, please contact us to update your records.
- Adult Associate Members (e.g. spouses) and Junior Members must book via the main Adult Member’s login. Individual portals will not be issued to these membership types at this time.

Note 1: Rate code applies if Whole of Lodge Booking does not apply. If WOL booking is not confirmed by 1st
April, this will revert to a normal booking week at this time.

Whole of Lodge Booking
For transparency, the calculation used for the pricing of a Whole of Lodge week is to assume an occupancy of 8 adult members and 9 adult guests.
If the WOL week is not taken up / booked, it reverts to normal booking week at 1st April
